The Problem
Most organisations have no real-time view of risk across their active contracts. Obligations are missed, unfavourable clauses go unnoticed, and renewals catch teams by surprise — because contracts sit in static repositories with no active monitoring.
The Approach
Built a portfolio-level risk management product: import contracts → AI scores each contract across risk dimensions (financial, operational, compliance, reputational) → risk scores aggregated into a portfolio heatmap → AI generates plain-language risk narratives and mitigation recommendations for high-risk items.
Architecture / System Design
Multi-dimensional risk scoring model with configurable weights per industry context. LLM generates risk narratives that explain the 'why' behind scores, not just the numbers. Portfolio dashboard built with filterable risk heatmap and obligation deadline calendar. Automated alerts for upcoming obligation milestones.
